Thank you to Tina Spencer Dreisbach who facilitated a discussion for The Heron’s Cry by Ann Cleeves on July 19, 2022. Meetings will be on the third Tuesday of each month.

Cover of Ann Cleeve's book The Heron's Cry

Group facilitator is Tina Spencer Dreisbach, emerita faculty from Hiram College in Ohio.  She now lives in Brooklin.  Tina taught a variety of music courses (classical, jazz, world, rock & roll) as well as interdisciplinary writing and study abroad programs.  Some of her favorite authors are PD James, Ian Rankin, Jean-Luc Bannalec, Donna Leon, Martin Walker, Colin Cotterill, Deborah Crombie, Ruth Rendell.
The intention for the group is informal discussion with various people making selections.  All welcome even if you don’t have time to read the book!
The August 16 book will be The Last Detective by Peter Lovesey. Let us know if you need a copy and we will order one for you via interlibrary loan.
