American Fiction
In May, the Friend Memorial Public Library will be hosting a free showing of the movie American Fiction, directed by Cord Jefferson and starring Jeffrey Wright. It is based on the book Erasure by Percival Everett, author of the recently published James, a new imagining of Huckleberry Finn. If you would like to read either, please let a staff member know so we can add you to the list!
The movie will start at 6PM on May 18th and doors will open at 5:30.
