Finding Our Voices presents: Brooklin Breaks the Silence of Domestic Abuse at the Friend Memorial Public Library
Join Survivors at the library at 5:30 on Thursday, October 16th to hear them share their experiences including providing tips on how to best help a loved one trapped in domestic abuse. Free, open to the public, refreshments included! This event is part of the Finding Our Voices statewide and survivor-led “Let’s Talk About It Tour” that launched at the Scarborough Public Library in 2023 and has since brought Survivor-Speaks discussions to more than 50 communities. Finding Our Voices is the grassroots nonprofit boldly breaking the silence of domestic abuse and providing meaningful resources to empower its sister-survivors.
